Role Overview

- Enhance brand awareness and customer engagement by building a community of followers and advocates around our brand.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, applications, and strategies, applying this knowledge to our campaigns.
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations within the social media space.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor social media practices to identify opportunities and threats.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing or management.
